NZRPG bought The Milford Centre with the intention of redeveloping the two-hectare site in the heart of Milford into an integral part of a vibrant and vital urban centre. The refurbishment of the existing mall has been the first step in the process.
What we've Accomplished so Far
A tired, neglected and declining mall has been totally refurbished into a modern lively up-market centre which sets itself apart from other malls; the interior design and ambience now properly reflecting its premier location.
The Milford Centre has been steadily transformed into a place where local residents and customers from across the Shore can shop and socialise in a sophisticated boutique environment.
We are committed to providing increased quality retail and service choices, closer to home and in a more intimate, comfortable shopping environment.
Moving Forward
