Extending Retail & Introducing Apartment Living

In September 2007, we submitted a resource consent application to the North Shore City Council which put forward plans to:

·         Extend the retail space by 2590m².

·         Build 15 three-level luxury apartments facing onto Milford & Ihumata Roads.

·         Excavate and build a basement level car park and the provide more rooftop parking above the retail centre.

·         Landscape along the street and residential boundaries.

  Resource consent has since been granted
