WHO WE ARE AND What We Do
The New Zealand Retail Property Group Ltd. (NZRPG) is the largest privately owned retail development, investment and management property company in New Zealand with assets of $700 million.
NZRPG operates retail centres at Westgate (Waitakere), Milford and Highbury (North Shore) and Fraser Cove (Tauranga).
We have a number of projects either under construction or in the planning and consent stages, as well as an extensive refurbishment programme in progress. The total investment value of these projects is around $1 billion.
