in retail developments. His experience covers
investment and development in all property sectors,
finance and valuation.

Campbell Barbour

Registered Valuer and Property Consultant
General Manager Commercial
Campbell has extensive valuation, consultancy and
management experience. Campbell is responsible for a
wide range of the Company’s activities and processes
including operational, management and development.
Laraine Vercoe
Centre Manager—Westgate /
Milford / Highbury
Laraine has had a wide range of experience in
Shopping Centre Management and Tourism. Having
worked in one of Auckland’s top tourist destinations
for 10 years, marketing and leasing retail space and
managing the Centre’s 80 retail shops. Laraine has
worked for NZRPG for the past three years as Centre
Manager for NZRPG’s various retail Centres.
Development
Tom Hammond
Project/Property Manager
Tom’s career started in the building industry ten
years ago. He has had a wide range of project
management experience both here and the UK over the
past seven years. During his time at NZRPG he has
been, and is, involved with several of NZRPG’s
development projects, including the Milford Shopping
Centre refurbishment.
